How we handle the data you send us through the inquiry form.

Who processes the data

What data we process and why
We only process the data you enter in the inquiry form yourself:
- Name – so we can address you.
- Phone and e-mail – so we can reply and send a quote.
- City or area and type of service – so we can tailor the quote.
- Message text – if you write one.
We use the data solely to handle your inquiry and for any follow-up communication about the job. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process the data based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on performance of a contract or negotiations leading to one (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR) if the inquiry turns into a job.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not result in a job are kept for up to 12 months from the last communication and then deleted. If the inquiry becomes a job, we keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and afterwards for as long as the law requires (mainly accounting and tax rules, usually 10 years).
Who we share it with
The form is sent from our own server – the data is then delivered by e-mail to our inbox info@ekobit.cz. We use no external form service for this. Apart from our e-mail and server infrastructure provider, who acts as a processor bound by confidentiality, we do not share the data with any third party and do not transfer it outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising or profiling cookies and contains no social-network tracking scripts. We store nothing that would let us identify you on a return visit.
Your rights
Regarding your data you have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and receive a copy,
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate,
- have it erased or its processing restricted,
- object to the processing,
- withdraw consent at any time – just write to info@ekobit.cz,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
We respond to requests within one month at the latest.
